(Colorado Springs, CO) – In an effort to improve and propel Judo forward as the sport prepares for the LA28 Games and beyond, and with the support of USA Judo’s Board of Directors and the United States Judo Federation’s Executive Committee, both organizations have agreed to move forward with meaningful discussion on reactivating the former relationship between USA Judo and the USJF.

The USJF recently introduced an exciting scholarship initiative—the USJF National Point Roster Scholarship/Grant program. This program aims to annually grant college scholarships to the top three performers (both male and female) in championship categories including Bantam(s) 4-5-6, Intermediate, Juvenile, IJF Jr., USJF Youth Referees, and Jr. Kata, all within the age range of up to 17 years old.
