Since the beginning of this year we have been diligently accessing and reviewing the changes in
the IJF rules governing judo tournaments and how that has affected our joint sanctioning process.
To this end joint commission was formed consisting of representatives of our organizations from
the executive, legal, referee, and insurance perspectives with the goal of making recommendations
to the Presidents. Here is the report.
