Call for support for Kenny Cummings (Nagoya)

To Our Judo Family,

Our thoughts and Prayers go out to Kenny Cummings (Nagoya). Please read the notes below. He is a former student of Emerald City Judo and now practices at Seiei Judo. He is 12 years old.

A note from Tsutomu Nagoya who is on Facebook

Hi. I am Kenny’s stepfather, Tom. You may know me as medical staff from a judo tournament or as a Seiei Dojo member. I better let you know about Kenny’s last name to avoid confusion. I am in process of adopting Micah and Kenny. Cummings is their legal name right now, but we are changing their last name to Nagoya as our wish. So either Cummings or Nagoya is fine.

Anyway, Thank you for your support for Kenny and our family. We don’t want to say “Maitta” for this fight. God bless you, guys!

My Prayers go out to Kenny Cummings and his Family. I would like to call on everyone from the Northwest to please attend my Fundraiser to help Kenny and his family get through this difficult time. I will be holding Clinic/Training session at the Budokan Dojo in Seattle Washington on Friday the 19th. The time has yet to be determined but please make yourself available to attend. We are just asking for a small donation to help Kenny and his family through this difficult time. I will also be selling T-Shirts and Posters to help raise money. More Details coming SOON!!!!

We would like to ask our awesome judo community for prayers for Kenny Cummings and his family. Kenny is fighting a rare form of cancer right now. As many of you know, Kenny is an amazing judoka and has represented the Pacific Northwest at the National Level. If you have any questions, please contact myself and not to contact the family at this time. Thank you for your prayers and lets beat this cancer!
