SHIPPING
All items are subject to availability. Customers from Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada, please contact the National Office before placing an order. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS.
RETURNS
If there is a problem with the order that you received, you must contact the USJF within 24 hours after you receive the product if there is a problem.
All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase.
Products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price or exchanged only if the item has not been washed or worn (other than to determine fit) and must be in the original packaging. Products must be shipped back to the USJF at the purchaser’s expense using the mailing address below:

Please contact the USJF prior to returning products. The customer must include a copy of the original invoice with the return. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges and return shipping expenses cannot be refunded. We recommend that returns be shipped with insurance, as the USJF does not assume responsibility for items that are not insured properly, get lost in transit, or are damaged when returned.
